AI disclosure

Videos shared at brandboo.com/share/… are generated by AI on the Brandboo platform. This page explains what that means in practice — what is generated, how, and what to expect when you watch one.

How we generate

A Brandboo video starts with a short written brief from the user. From that brief, our pipeline assembles a finished video without a human camera operator or editor.

  • Scene direction is planned by a large language model that turns the brief into a per-scene script.
  • Each scene's moving image is generated by an image-to-video AI model from a reference still.
  • Voice-over narration is synthesised by a text-to-speech AI from the script.
  • Sound effects and background music are inferred from the scene and rendered by audio AI services.
  • The final timeline is assembled by our cloud renderer with no manual editing pass.

Disclosure under the EU AI Act

Article 50(4) of the EU AI Act requires the deployer of an AI system that generates audio-visual content to mark that content as artificially generated in a way that is clear and distinguishable. On the brandboo.com share surface, we satisfy this obligation through the visible footer notice on every share page ("Generated with Brandboo AI"), the link from that notice to this page, and the AI-disclosure on the share's social-media preview card. If the file is downloaded and re-uploaded elsewhere, the downstream re-uploader becomes the relevant deployer for that surface; our terms of service ask users to keep this in mind.

Machine-readable provenance — coming

We are working on embedding C2PA-compatible provenance metadata directly into the rendered MP4 so that any downstream platform that supports the standard (browsers, social-media unfurlers, downloaded-file inspectors) can recognise the file as AI-generated without depending on our hosted page. This is on the Brandboo roadmap and ships in a later phase. Until it lands, page-level disclosure is the canonical signal.

Who owns the result

Per Brandboo's terms, the user who generated a video owns the content they create with the platform. The disclosure obligation on this page is a regulatory marking obligation — it does not affect who holds the rights to the underlying creative work.
