Beta Privacy Policy

Brandboo (the “we”/“us” in this policy) runs the beta at brandboo.hu. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@brandboo.hu.

• Account details — your name and email (handled through our login provider, Clerk).
• What you upload — logos, product images, brand assets, and any text you enter.
• What you generate — the videos and images Brandboo creates for you.
• Usage data — basic logs and technical information needed to run and debug the service.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data. Please don't upload any.

Only to run the beta: to create your content, manage your account and credits, keep the service working, and improve it.

Legal basis (GDPR): your consent (given when you accept these terms) and our legitimate interest in operating and improving the service.

Product news emails (optional). If you tick the optional box when you first sign in — or turn it on later under Settings — we use your email address to send you occasional news and updates about Brandboo. This is separate from accepting these terms: it is off unless you tick it, refusing it does not limit your use of the service, and you can turn it off again at any time under Settings. Turning it off stops those emails from then on and does not affect the service emails we need to send to run your account. We record when you gave this consent so we can show what you agreed to.

We use trusted third-party service providers to run Brandboo, grouped by role:

• Authentication — to manage secure login and your account.
• Cloud hosting and storage — to run the service and store your files (based in the EU, Frankfurt).
• AI processing providers — specialist services that generate your videos, images, and audio. Some of these operate outside the EU, including in the United States, under appropriate safeguards.
• Monitoring — to keep the AI pipeline working and help us debug issues.
• Email — to send you service emails.

We share data with these providers only as needed to run the service, and we do not sell your data to anyone.

Your account and files are stored primarily in the EU (Frankfurt). However, generating content requires sending data to AI providers, some of which operate outside the EU (in the US). By using the beta you consent to this transfer.

We keep your data while you use the beta. When you ask us to delete it, or when the beta ends, we delete your account and content.

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Correct it if it's wrong.
• Delete it (“right to be forgotten”).
• Export a copy of it.
• Withdraw consent and stop using the service.

During the beta we handle these requests manually — just email hello@brandboo.hu and we'll take care of it. You can also complain to your local data protection authority (in Hungary, the NAIH).

We use only the essential cookies needed to log you in and keep the service secure. No advertising or tracking cookies.

We may update this policy as the beta evolves. Continued use means you accept the current version.
