Beta Terms of Service

Brandboo is early beta software, offered to a small invited group. That means:

• It may be incomplete, slow, or break unexpectedly.
• Features can change or disappear at any time.
• Data may occasionally be lost. Please don't rely on Brandboo as your only copy of anything important.
• Everything is provided “as is” and “as available”, with no guarantees or warranties of any kind.

Access is granted by us and can be suspended or removed at any time, for any reason, including if you misuse the service. Accounts are personal — don't share your login.

You confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these terms. If you're using Brandboo for a company, you confirm you're authorised to do so on its behalf.

You keep ownership of what you create. We do not claim ownership of the videos, images, or other content you generate with Brandboo. It's yours.

In return, you agree that:

• You own or have the rights to everything you upload (logos, product photos, brand assets, etc.).
• You will not upload or generate content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, harmful, deceptive, or that violates anyone's rights.
• You are responsible for how you use the content you generate.
• You won't try to break, reverse-engineer, overload, or abuse the service, and you won't resell or redistribute the beta.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Brandboo's output is generated by artificial intelligence. It can be inaccurate, unexpected, or not what you intended. Always review AI output before you use it publicly. You — not Brandboo — are responsible for what you publish.

To create your content, Brandboo relies on third-party AI processing providers, some of which operate outside the EU, including in the United States. By using the beta, you consent to this processing. See our Privacy Policy for details.

During the beta we grant credits manually, at our discretion. Credits have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-refundable. We may adjust or remove credits at any time.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Brandboo and its team are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the beta — including lost data, lost profits, or any content you generate or publish. The service is experimental; use it at your own risk.

You can stop using Brandboo and ask us to delete your account at any time. We can also suspend or delete accounts and their content, especially when the beta ends or these terms are broken.

We may update these terms as the beta evolves. If we do, continued use of Brandboo means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Hungary.

That's completely fine — no hard feelings. You simply won't be able to use the beta. If you ever change your mind, you're welcome back.
